HINDUSTAN
UNILEVER LIMITED (HUL) shortlisted ORICLEAN as one of its
major sourcing Unit for Eastern India and supported ORICLEAN
for the expansion with automation whereby the current
capacity of 72,000 M.T. will increase to 1,44,000 M.T. per
annum. On getting assurance from HUL, ORICLEAN has
successfully completed the Project recently in order to
achieve the desired output.
ORICLEAN
considers its manpower as the main assets and believes in
all round HR Development for the growth of the Organisation.
It has well equipped training facilities, for imparting
in-house training to its employees in a systematic and
planned manner in order to educate its precious resource and
brushing up their knowledge in helping the growth of all
members in general and ORICLEAN in particular
ORICLEAN
believes in participation of its employees in
decision-making and encourage employees to get involved in
the process. Various committees are in place and it decides
the course of action as and when needed.
ORICLEAN's
Quality Assurance/Control Wing puts maximum emphasis on
Process Monitoring and Quality Control. The Laboratory is
equipped with skilled professionals and need based
equipments and are utilised in the best possible way for
carrying out routine physical and chemical tests on raw
materials and finished products in order to assure the
Quality.
All across
emphasis are given to ensure consumer safety of its final
products through its well designed Consumer Safety Framework
Standard (CSFS) Policy. The members of ORICLEAN are educated
to implement the policy across the board.
In 2009,
ORICLEAN was awarded “DISTINGUISHED ACHIEVEMENT AWARD”
presented by The Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Government of
Orissa, Industries Department. Besides this ORICLEAN also
recognized by HINDUSTAN UNILEVER LIMITED as the Best
Performer for 2009 in the field of Productivity, Safety and
Quality.
“STATE
POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD APPRECIATION AWARD” was bagged by
ORICLEAN as “BEST Small and Medium Enterprise” in its Silver
Jubilee.
ORICLEAN
bagged the SOUTH ASIA KAIZEN COMPETITION and Awarded the
“BEST BUSINESS ASSOCIATES” of UNILEVER INC. for 2010.
